Grounds Maintenance for Schools, Commercial and Private Clients

As well as undertaking grass and shrub maintenance contracts for schools and commercial businesses we undertake landscaping projects for individuals and commercial clients across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire.

School Grounds and Sports Pitches

For schools we have gang and triple mowers enabling us to keep playing fields in excellent condition for whatever sports required.  For smaller areas we can use rotary machines and always trim around obstacles to ensure high standards are maintained. 

We use Fleet line markers and paint for all our pitch marking ensuring the lines are clear and visible and do not harm the grass. 

Currently we are responsible for marking out approximately 30 football pitches, 20 rounders pitches, 20 sets of sprint lanes plus oval running tracks.  Normally pitches are marked every week but in dry weather this can be reduced to every 2 or even 3 weeks if this coincides with when the grass is not growing. 

We can also offer leaf clearance service as well as hedge and shrub maintenance and weed treatment of hard areas.

Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping Projects

We offer services such as shrub, tree and hedge planting, turfing, seeding, fencing, paving, as well as timber constructions such as raised beds.  We are able to offer advice on your projects.  To date our largest turfing project was 4000m2 for a school, but we also turf gardens of only a few metres.  Recently we have completed seeding jobs of over 6000m2 and less than 200m2.

Flexible Services to Meet Your Requirements

Our services can be tailored to your requirements.  We will undertake maintenance contracts where only 1 visit is required each year e.g. for hedge cutting, and contracts where grass cutting is required twice a week e.g. for some sports facilities. 

Most contracts are based on 1 or 2 visits per month.  It is our aim to meet the demands of our clients whilst upholding our standards.

GBP operate within about 30 miles of our base near Broadway, Worcestershire. Our area of operation includes:

  • Worcestershire (Worcester, Malvern, Tewkesbury, Pershore, Evesham, Droitwich, Redditch),
  • Warwickshire (Alcester, Studley, Henley-in-Arden, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Shipston-on-Stour, Warwick, Leamington Spa)
  • Gloucestershire (Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water, Cheltenham, Winchcombe, Chipping Campden, Broadway).

We carry out grounds maintenance work with Town and Parish Councils as well as schools, sports clubs and private companies and individuals across this area.
