GBD is proud of the work we carry out (that's why we keep winning and retaining contracts). We wanted to be able to prove to our clients that we actively monitor the quality of our work so in 2010 we achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard covering quality management systems. In practice this means GBD has audited policies in place that cover; management, customer requirements, internal communication, customer communication, performance and quality of the work we undertake.
This means our customers can be confident GBD regularly reviews all areas of our business to ensure a high quality work and management.
ISO 14001 is an internationally recognised standard covering environmental management standards. Essentially it is a framework for GBD to create, monitor and improve our environmental policies.
Given the nature of work we undertake one of GBD's top priorities is our environmental impact and, naturally, our clients also take a key interest in this area. Our ISO 14001 accreditation proves how important and effective our environmental policies are.
GBD have been registered with BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) since 2011.
